The problem

Everything gets written down somewhere else.

Assessments in one folder. Prescriptions in another. Therapy notes on the fridge. By the next appointment you’re reconstructing six months from memory.

MilesCone keeps it in one place, as it happens. A few taps, and it lands on one timeline you can bring with you — described, never scored.

Who it’s for

Three journeys, one way of working.

Choose one per person. Each has its own checklists and its own private timeline.

Kids

For a child with additional needs.

Development and communication checklists, talking practice, therapy sessions, and the small wins nobody else records.

Care

For someone managing a long-term condition.

Medication and doses taken, blood tests and appointments, daily living, and how independently things are going.

Recovery

For someone recovering after illness or injury.

Mobility and transfers, returning to daily tasks, communication and memory, and the therapy behind it.

How it works

Set up once. Then it’s seconds a day.

  1. 1

    Create a household

One account. Add a profile for each person you're supporting — each keeps their own private record.

  2. 2

    Choose what to track

Pick up to three things to focus on first. Your dashboard shows only those. Change them whenever.

  3. 3

    Record as you go

A few taps when something happens. It all lands on one timeline you can look back through.

Good to know

A few clear answers.

Does MilesCone assess or diagnose someone?

No. MilesCone organises what you record. It does not diagnose, score or replace your doctor, therapist or care team.

Who can see the records?

Only your account, and nobody else. Each household record is protected at the database level. When you need to share something — with a doctor or therapist — you print a report and hand over exactly what you chose to.

Do I have to fill everything in?

No. Track only what matters to your household. There is no completion score.

What happens to older records on Free?

They stay stored safely. Free shows the latest 60 days in your timeline; a paid plan will unlock your complete history.
